Electral Sachets are a form of oral rehydration salt (ORS) used to replenish electrolytes and bodily fluids that have been lost due to dehydration in medical conditions such as diarrhoea and vomiting. Each sachet contains 21.8g of oral powder.
The active ingredients in Electral Sachets are:
- Anhydrous Dextrose (13.5 Gm)
- Potassium Chloride (1.5 Gm)
- Sodium Chloride (2.6 Gm)
- Sodium Citrate (2.9 Gm)
These ingredients help in balancing water in your body, maintaining acid-base levels, movement of nutrients into cells, and removal of waste from the body. Dextrose, a form of glucose, serves as an energy source and helps replenish energy stores of the body during dehydration or vomiting.
